Welcome.

Research shows that a person’s felt sense of support and connection with a helping professional is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes. If I can streamline that process for you, I count it as a win for us both.

Think of this as a welcome mat to my online practice.

My commitment to you is to work for the good of your personal, relational, and spiritual wellbeing.

So nice to meet you!

ON A PERSONAL NOTE…

  • Top 5 Strengths: Learner, Intellection, Input, Discipline, Relator

  • Spiritual Gifts: Wisdom, Knowledge, Discernment

  • Myers-Briggs: INFJ

  • Enneagram: 1

  • DISC: SC

  • Calling: I sensed a call to ministry in middle school, marriage counseling in college, and education for the church in seminary.

  • Ideals: I wish everyone had a trustworthy person with whom to explore their early formation and potential for growth. I wish every couple had the opportunity to experience authentic connection, intimacy, and mutual empowerment in marriage. I would love to see the body of Christ functioning and flourishing with biblical equality among men and women.

  • Accountability: For the past decade, I’ve met with a group of older, wiser colleagues, turned soul friends, for consultation, connection, and prayer. Throughout my career, I’ve engaged my own formational, healing, and differentiation work through the support of counselors, coaches, and spiritual directors.

  • Spiritual Practices: I love spending time with the Lord in silence and solitude. As a spiritual practice, I place boundaries around my business, time, resources, and emotional energy; I reserve time for the people, places, and projects I love.

  • What Sounds Fun: Creative writing, being in nature, country drives, coffee dates, good conversations, sister weekends, gymnastics, board games, investing with my women’s stock club.

  • Family: My husband and I have been married since 2012. Together, we enjoy walking and talking, hiking and birding, and spending time with friends and family—especially our nieces and nephews. (Individually, we enjoy a host of other things that we then share with each other.)
